Adam DeGrace
Adam is a 3rd generation Hotelier/Restaurateur who started his career overseeing the family business, and has progressed to most recently overseeing the largest hotels in Canada. Adam has an extreme attention to detail with a hands on approach, and an acute focus on aggressively driving NOI.
While overseeing the Choice brand hotels in Atlantic Canada, Adam led his Team to drive Flow Through in a YOY increase of 150%, while also improving customer satisfaction and employee morale. With over 20 years experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Adam consistently improves operational efficiencies, all while maintaining a focus on the true meaning of hospitality.
